1.Return Policy
To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original, unused condition. The product must be in its original packaging and in the same condition as when I received it. Return period: You can return the product within 7 days from the date of receipt of the merchandise, after which your return request will no longer be accepted; in some cases, only a partial refund (if any) is allowed. We will be partially responsible if some of the device accessories are lost or damaged during transportation and delivery by the agent. Special offers and discounted products (if any) are refundable only for products sold at regular prices, but unfortunately, products cannot be returned at discounted prices.
3. Exchange Policy
You must provide a purchase receipt or any proof of purchase to complete a product return. We only replace products that are damaged or have manufacturing defects. If you would like to exchange a damaged device for an identical device, please contact us and we will receive an email explaining the problem, showing a video of the device and the barcode on the device. 4. Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of the item used. When we receive the returned product, we will send you a discount coupon. If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or the sender has sent the order to themselves to deliver to you later, we will refund the amount to the sender and notify the sender of the return status.
5. Shipping
If you want to return a product to us, you must send it to our private warehouse via freight; the customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs of returning the product. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If the refund amount has been paid, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund;
